The height and width of your PDF document cannot exceed 28" X 28" for upload to our site, and 8" X 11" is preferred. To determine the width and height of your PDF, you can open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader and then click File or Menu, Print, and then click the button for "Actual Size". This will display the dimensions of your document above the preview.

Most PDFs will upload just fine - but if you allow for 30 seconds to elapse after clicking submit and then you are presented with a blank/white screen, then you will need to either crop your PDF page to a size equal to or smaller than the dimensions listed above (see below for a free PDF editor) or convert it to a PNG or JPG (File size must not exceed 400KB and image dimensions must not be larger than 1500 pixels in height and/or width).

If you have an old QSI equipped loco that we produced from 2001~2007, please note that we no longer accept those for repair or provide support for them. However, Train Service Depot may be able to help if the problem is purely electrical.
